Our customers have always received free, unlimited software support
by phone, FAX, and email. Simple Answers assesses no per-call charges. You pay only the

Search The Online Knowledge Base
If you have encountered a problem relating to your software, website or hosting then
we recommend that you search our online support knowledge base for possible solutions.
Answers to many of our customers most frequently asked questions are listed in the
knowledge base.
Only registered Simple Answers customers will be permitted to search the online knowledge
base. Therefore you will need a valid username and password to proceed. The steps
provided below explain how to access the knowledge base:

The first step is to visit the Simple Answers customer support website ( support.simpleanswers.co.uk )and enter
your username / password login details. You can access the customer support
website by clicking here.

Once logged in you will be presented with the customer control panel. You will
notice at the top of the page their is a menu and one of the options reads 'FAQ'.
Click on the FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) menu option to access the knowledge
base.

The next page provides a search field which enables you to find answers
to your problem. Simply enter the keywords relating to your problem in
the 'search' field and then press the 'search' button. All solutions
relating to your query will then be listed.
You will also notice there is a 'browse topics' button available. If you click
this button you will be able to browse through the various solutions in
the knowledge base. This option is useful if your searches yeilded no
results.

If you could not find a solution to your problem then we recommend you open an
online customer support query so one of our support representatives can research the
problem on your behalf.
Open An Online Customer Support Query
Technical support questions or problem reports regarding our products or services should
be raised, using the provided Problem Report Form. Depending upon the particular issue,
please include as much information as possible which explains how the problem occurred and
if known how to recreate it.
We strongly recommend that our customers raise support queries using the online support
tool because it ensures all issues are tracked and resolved in the shortest time
possible. When an online support query is raised a Simple Answers support representative
is assigned to work on that report (within the hour).
Customers who raise online support queries also have the ability to see how their
query is progressing using our online tracking tool. Also customers can discuss their
support query online with the assigned support representative.

query page.

The next page provides a form which enabled you to open problem reports,
improvement reports, and ask questions. Simply fill in the fields provided
on this page and then press the submit button located.
Once you have submitted your report a notification email will be sent back
to your mail account explaining that your query has been successfully received.
You will also be able to use the 'Search' button located in the top menu to
list your support queries. Here you will be able to view the progress on any
support queries that you have raised.
